Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome and thanks for using our services ("Services"). The services are provided by Trenario ltd. ("We" or "Trenario"). By using the Services provided through our mobile apps, websites and other technological means, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The content provided by our services ("Content") may include video, audio, visuals, animation, text and any combination of them, as well as their design, processing, editing, distribution and interfaces. The content may also include pictures, avatars, images, software, files, computer code, databases, symbols and icons.
2. Using our Services
You may only use the Content and Services according to the terms of use. You are not allowed to use them in any other way unless you got a written confirmation from Trenario, and according to the term of this confirmation.

You may use the Services for personal purposes only. You are not allowed to copy or let others copy or use in any other way any of the Content, including in websites, digital or print publications etc., for any purpose, either commercial or not, which is not for personal and private use.

You are not allowed to use or allow any software or computerized tool, including crawlers, robots etc., to search, scan, copy or extract content from Trenario's sites and apps. You are not allowed to create or use such means to make a collection or pool that includes contents from Trenario's services.

You are not allowed to show the Content in any frame, explicit or hidden.

You are not allowed to link to Trenario's apps and sites any website containing pornographic material, contents that promote racism or discrimination, or that is illegal, or that their publication is illegal or that promote illegal activities. Trenario will not bear responsibility for any damage incurred from any such links and from any publication of such content in any other way. You solely are fully responsible for any link, connection or publication you made to such content, and will indemnify Trenario for any damage incurred by this action.
3. Services requiring registration
Trenario's Services may require registration, your approval of the terms of use and/or an online contract. The registration process may include payments.
During the registration process you may be asked to provide personal details, such as an active email address, first and last names and credit card or other payment method (if the service is not free). You must provide accurate and full details, and you hereby confirm that the details you provided are true. Inaccurate or false details may prevent you from using our services, and we may not be able to contact you. In order to change the details you provided please contact Trenario's customer support.
The details you provided during the registration process will be stored in Trenario's database. You are not obliged by law to provide these details, yet without providing them you will not be able to use the service to which you registered. Trenario will only use the personal details you provided according to its Privacy Policy, which is also part of this agreement.
During the registration process you will be assigned a username and a password that will identify you while using the Services. Trenario may add or change identification methods in the future.
Please keep your username and password confidential to prevent misuse.
Trenario may block your access to the Services on its sole discretion. Trenario may also cancel your registration or block your access to the Services in any of the following cases:

During registration you intentionally provided false details.

Your actions or misuse harm or may harm Trenario or any third party, including other users, employees, business partners or suppliers of Trenario.

You use our services to commit or try to commit illegal act, or an act that may appear to be illegal, or to help or facilitate such acts.

You breach this agreement or any other agreement for Trenario's Services.

You act in order to prevent others from joining the service or continue using the service.

You let your username and password be used by a third party.

Your credit card or other payment method was blocked or limited in any way (applies for payment renewals).
4. Paid services
Trenario offers paid services and contents. Prices for these services and contents may vary according to your location and other factors. If you were registered to Trenario through your organization or academic institution your access to services and contents is determined by the agreement between Trenario and your organization or institution. In other cases, Trenario will provide access to purchased contents for 12 months from purchase date, in accordance with the terms of service. Trenario reserves the right to change prices and access terms anytime according to its sole discretion.
5. Content is not a substitute for professional consultation
Trenario may offer content on professional topics. All Content included in the Services is not intended to serve as recommendation or opinion, and should not be regarded as substitute for professional consultation. Information supplied in the Content is general and is not intended to address your particular requirements. It sometimes only reflects the approach or opinion of the writer. Therefore such information is not intended to be relied upon by you in making (or refraining from making) any decision. You will bear sole responsibility for any decision you make based on the Content.
6. Privacy policy
Trenario respects your privacy according to Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the terms of service. The Privacy Policy may change, and it is therefore recommended that you read it from time to time. The Privacy Policy document appears in the menu on the top.
7. Intellectual property
All Content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and is owned by Trenario or by a third party that authorized its use.
You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit, any of the Content, in whole or in part except as provided in these Terms of Service and with a written permission from Trenario.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Content is provided on an As-is basis. Trenario does its best to ensure that all Content is accurate, yet gives no warranty or assurance about the Content.
The Content is not intended to address your particular requirements. You will have no claims against Trenario regarding the adjustment of the Content to your requirements.
Trenario cannot promise that its Services will not be interrupted, and that they will be provided without disturbance, errors, unauthorized access or failures – of Trenario's or any of its supplier's software, hardware and communication.
Neither Trenario nor any of its agents, employees and sub-contractors shall be liable for any claim, loss, demand or damages whatsoever arising out or in connection with the Services or Content, including – without limitation – loss of actual or anticipated revenue, loss of business or opportunity, loss of goodwill or reputation.
9. Changes in the Services
Trenario may change the structure and design of its apps and websites, change the scope and availability of the Services offered, add services or alter existing services, and change its pricing policy – at its own discretion and without prior notice to its users. You will have no claim against Trenario regarding such changes.
Trenario may also terminate some or all of its Services. Trenario will give advanced notice and provide its users a reasonable period of time to adjust. Trenario will maintain the Content for an additional reasonable period of time, and then may delete the Content without keeping any backup and without further notice.
10. General
This agreement between you and Trenario is governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Tel Aviv, Israel.
