How Diplomat Group incorporated AI video in global workforce training
“It takes us less time to create a video with Trenario than it would to create text-based content that covers the same information. It makes it easy for us to write a well-narrated script that sounds great when spoken aloud.”
Naomi Drori, Global L&D manager

We spoke with Naomi Drori, Global L&D manager at Diplomat Group, about how she incorporates Trenario’s solution into global workforce training.
The challenge
Diplomat launched a new performance management system, and Naomi and her team looked for the best way to Introduce the system to employees and managers. They wanted to go beyond the traditional training program of in-person training sessions and related written materials. The training materials had to be translated into four languages.
Naomi wanted to incorporate video into the training program to make it more accessible to employees and managers. Yet professional production is expensive and time consuming, and internal production requires professional skills in script writing and video editing, which may not always be available within the team.
Naomi was looking for a video production solution that met the following criteria:
Quick, easy, and affordable to create video on a large scale
Allows video localization in multiple languages
Doesn’t require professional skills or special equipment
The solution
Naomi and her team developed a training program for each process in the system, which included a one-hour in-person training session accompanied by a series of videos. They used Trenario’s platform to create dozens of short step-by-step video tutorials in multiple languages.
The team used customized video templates that helped them write well narrated and engaging scripts, and uploaded screenshots and screen recordings. The scripts were then translated, and Trenario’s platform automatically produced videos with AI-presenters delivering the tutorials in four languages.

The results
The training program for the launch of the new HR system was a great success. The team was able to enhance the training program by incorporating video tutorials on a large scale. This has not only made the training more effective for the employees and managers, but it has also significantly simplified the team’s content creation workflow.
The results were impressive:
Significantly reduction of content creation time: It is much faster to create video with Trenario’s platform than it is to create equivalent text-based content.
Easy localization: Trenario’s platform helped reach employees in different geographies in their native language.
Highly focused training time: The training became available on-demand via videos, saving each employee hours of in-person training.
Decrease in the need for support: Employees easily found the information they needed through the videos, which led to a decrease in the need for admin support.
Usability: The data in the organizational portal reveals a significant number of views for the video content among employees.
Below is an example of a video from Diplomat's training program created with Trenario.
“By providing video tutorials, we were able to reduce the need for employees to contact system admins for support. This helped to free up the admins' time so they could focus on their core work, and allowed them to provide more targeted and efficient support to those who needed it.
